Simple, crisp, tasty. Give it the time it needs. I’ve brewed this kit a few times. It’s simple and the beer it produces is very tasty. It’s also forgiving. I brewed this in June, left it to sit in its primary fermenter until I returned from a trip in August, then bottled it… without priming sugar. Three days later I found the priming sugar and realized what I’d done. 6-pack by 6-pack I went through and uncapped the bottles, added the sugar, recapped, and moved on. Only at the end did I realize I’d only used about a third of the priming…

Ages gracefully This beer comes out kind of boozy as you might expect. It’s cloudy at first, but with age it becomes crystal clear. Keep it in the fridge for a month or so before drinking if you want it clear. Very boozy. Very well defined hop profile. Not terribly bitter or sweet. Rather heavy mouth feel. It’s an Arrogant Bastard clone for cheap bastards. 🙂

I would say this is a pretty good beer I would say this is a pretty good beer. I did 3 weeks in primary, then right to bottles. Took 5 weeks in the bottles for it to be drinkable. I have measured right around 8% ABV. Has been bottled for 6 weeks now and it is even better. This is a smooth beer that even non “craft” beer drinkers could enjoy.
