Anti-climax at bottling time! (critical stuff missing just like other recent reviews) I was super thrilled with this whole thing until it came time to bottle today. Anti-climax: 1) There are only 15 bottle caps in a plastic bag instead of 30. 2) No DVD, but I was able to find instruction videos online (if you don’t have high-speed internet this would suck. 3) The bottling valve came with a little connector tube to bridge between it and the main valve. Great intro to brewing…can use for more ‘advanced’ brewing too Bought the diy kit about a year ago, and have completed 12 homebrews now. My first four brews used the Coopers canned kits with either no boil or a short boil for extra hop flavoring. Since then, I’ve added more equipment: a 34-quart pot for full boils, a thermometer, an propane burner, a large strainer, a wort chiller…you get the picture.
