Not a bad starter kit, but some concerns… Not a bad starter kit for the price. Some issues.Pros:1. Inexpensive.2. All you need to get the job done. You may want more gear later but you don’t need it.Cons:1. You’re paying for a capper but you might not need one. I didn’t. Rather that be excluded.2. Includes a racking cane, not an auto siphon which is much more helpful at bottling time. You’ll end up getting one separately and that’s another $12.3. A week into my fermentation there…

Almost the perfect kit! To start I will say that this kit is very complete, really only needing bottles and caps to get your first batch completed. The items included are of fine quality except for the primary fermentation bucket lid.The ingredients included seem to be of good quality and also seemed fresh.
