Regulator Cap Leak — Minimal Customer Service Response The uKeg 64 by Growlerwerks is a unique device and it’s great for people like me who only wish to drink a 4-5 ounces of beer in a session; however, the uKeg is ridden with QC issues. The new design should render the older QC reviews obsolete, but my issue involves, specifically, the regulator cap.After the first 3 uses of my Ukeg, each and every one of my Co2 cartridges would rupture upon replacement. Great idea – sloppy quality control I would give the uKeg 5 stars if it hadn’t arrived with what is clearly a sloppy install of the sight glass/pressure gauge assembly. It was attached at an angle so that it doesn’t sit flush against the growler. At this price point (and I paid extra for the copper plated version believing more care would be taken with a premium edition) this is unacceptable. I noticed the odd angle and a gap where the threaded fitting clearly wouldn’t go into the growler wall any further, immediately. Quality…

Such a great fun useful beer device. Awesome product, there were some startup issues with excessive drips. Disassembled the spigot and found some debris on spigot gasket, cleaned it and since then no significant drips. Over 6 months of ownership with several fills from far and near. Very enjoyable to own and share with people. I love the copper. I am considering the stainless as a future purchase to have 2 kinds of beer in fridge.
